**Location:** Sumner, WA
**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
_(Overtime may be available on Fridays)_
**Pay:** $24.25/hour base + 10% shift differential = **$26.68/hour**

**Overview**
We are an established **aerospace manufacturing company** seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Painter** to join our Sumner, WA production team. This position is critical in ensuring components meet strict aerospace quality and safety standards through precise coating and material preparation processes.

**Position Summary**
The Painter applies protective coatings such as primers, paint, enamel, and polyurethane to manufactured parts and work areas in accordance with standard work instructions and engineering specifications. This role also involves precise measurement and handling of coating materials to meet aerospace accuracy and compliance requirements.
