Job Overview

Under general supervision and reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Supervisor serves as a vital link between Prime Aerospace customers and their supplier base. Relying on supply‑chain management expertise, the supervisor assesses suppliers' performance, formulates root‑cause and corrective action plans to address systemic issues, evaluates suppliers' manufacturing processes for quality assurance, explores potential process improvements with suppliers, and gauges suppliers' capabilities to support new customer products and programs.

Proactively works with suppliers and customers to implement business process improvement measures.
