• Collaborate with skilled technicians, senior technicians, and gate leaders to ensure compliance with global aviation standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity in all tasks.
• Learn and apply industry methods such as grinding & machining in day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to operational efficiency by supporting production teams in MRO processes.
• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in relevant fields.
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools & machining methods.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
