Job Description

1. Develop and execute affiliate and KOL strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other digital platforms.
2. Recruit, negotiate, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
3. Plan and manage affiliate and KOL campaigns, including campaign briefs, product seeding, commission schemes, and promotional activities.
4. Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as GMV, engagement, conversion rate, ROI, and content performance, then optimize for better results.
5. Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with brand objectives.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and potential creators for future collaborations.
