The right person is a data-led growth marketer who knows how to design incentives, structure programs, and turn happy users and motivated partners into compounding, viral loops of new signups and active customers.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate program ownership

• Own the end-to-end affiliate program — recruitment, onboarding, activation, payouts, and ongoing performance management
• Build a high-quality roster of affiliates across content creators, communities, comparison sites, KOLs, and niche operators relevant to our products
• Set commission structures, tiers, and incentives that drive the right behaviour without leaking margin
• Continuously prune low performers and double down on what is working
