SALARY

The minimum salary is $75,306.40 annually.
This position is not eligible for overtime (exempt); however, the city has a compensatory time leave program for employees that grants leave time for hours worked in excess of forty hours.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this classification is to work with the Affordable Housing Board to study housing market conditions, propose affordable housing programs, evaluate the financial design of proposed affordable housing projects, and coordinate with government and partner agencies to monitor and evaluate affordable housing in Lexington.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration or a field related to the job

Six (6) years of related experience with housing developments and financing
