Roles and Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and customer visits. Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share. Promote and sell aftermarket products and services, including parts, accessories, service contracts, rentals, tyres, driver training, load testing, and engineering solutions. Conduct customer needs analyses and recommend appropriate products and value-added solutions. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and pricing in accordance with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and gross profit targets. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular client visits and proactive communication.
