Minimum requirements for the role:
A Chemical or related degree or diploma is preferred; a business Diploma would be an advantage.
Previous sales experience working within the chemical manufacturing environment is essential.
Previous experience managing customers or distributors in Africa, including supply chain management and logistics, is essential for the role.
The successful candidate should have proven experience in strategic business development and high-level negotiations.
Drive revenue growth and gross profit performance through strategic customer, distributor, and partnership development as well as developing and implementing market expansion strategies across the SADC region.
