Within Our International After-Sales Customer Service & Supply Chain Team Of Our Watches Business Unit, Based In Neuchâtel, We Are Looking For a
Reporting to the AFSS Repair Customer Service Manager, you are the point of contact for all after‑sales inquiries from repair centers, worldwide customer services and shops regarding technical and pricing issues, expected delivery dates, client order status and shipment details.
Leveraging your experience in distribution management, your role consists of strengthening the after‑sales supply chain operations. In this second mission, you ensure the expected level of customer service while meeting financial inventory requirements.
