Conduct on-site installation guidance, debugging and grid connection of the company's products, and related tests during the acceptance of the service project.
Carry out romote online support and the on-site service when necessary.
Investigate customer satisfaction and collect feedback information on the use of TBEA products.
Attending meetings with customer when necessary.
Skills Requirements
Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics and other related fields
Previous experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related experience
Ability to travel frequently
Ability to work under pressure
Dedication to problem solving
Good knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipments
