Responsibilities

  1. Establish and optimize the service network in Argentina, aligning with product characteristics and user needs.
  2. Coordinate daily service requests from operators and major KA clients.
  3. Manage and optimize the overall customer DOA process to prevent customer complaints.
  4. Oversee the daily operations of repair service providers.
  5. Lead and manage the Argentina service team.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in service operations management for 3C products or lifestyle services; preference for candidates with experience in mobile phones, smart mobility/wearable devices, or TV products.
