Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize the service network in Argentina, aligning with product characteristics and user needs.
- Coordinate daily service requests from operators and major KA clients.
- Manage and optimize the overall customer DOA process to prevent customer complaints.
- Oversee the daily operations of repair service providers.
- Lead and manage the Argentina service team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in service operations management for 3C products or lifestyle services; preference for candidates with experience in mobile phones, smart mobility/wearable devices, or TV products.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with extensive cross-team collaboration experience and the ability to independently drive project implementation.
