Position Overview

Job Description
  • Develop and manage the operational quality control system for the motorcycle after-sales service network.
  • Establish and update operational standards, policies, and procedures for dealerships and service workshops.
  • Conduct post-opening reviews and periodic audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Perform internal compliance inspections on pricing policies, dealer support programs, customer complaints, and other operational risks.
  • Monitor corrective actions and drive continuous improvement across the dealer network.
