We are looking for a customer-focused After Sales Spare Parts & Components Specialist to support our service operations in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage spare parts inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth logistics and customer communication.
Your Responsibilities
After Sales & Order Management
Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts and components
Prepare and follow up on quotations and long-term agreements
Coordinate order processing with internal teams and external suppliers
Issue order confirmations to customers
Maintain and update internal databases and documentation
Follow up on outstanding payments with customers
Logistics & Documentation
