Position Overview
**Job Description:**
β’ Secure Preventative Maintenance contract renewals as well as identify upsell opportunities while maintaining and building relationships with existing Loma customers.
β’ Manage and develop account relationships to drive new preventive maintenance contract sales; as well as identifying opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and/or other service offerings.
β’ Prepare and process quotations while proactively contacting existing and potential customers to sell/extend their service agreement.
β’ Proactively generate, qualify, and pursue existing and new client leads to generate service revenue.
β’ Use CRM tools to track all required KPIs (activities and opportunities) as well as manage the pipeline and provide activities report and sales forecast for management on monthly basis.
β’ Collaborate with various internal departments to address customer concerns effectively and pass on relevant leads.
