Overview
Guiding a children's group (15-18 children) in various activities such as guided play, sports, outdoor activities, crafts, homework, and snack times. Supporting children and strengthening social skills. Proactive and energetic approach to work. Good communication skills and ability to work with different people. Ability to manage and guide a children's group.
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop activities together with other guides.
- Provide supervision and guidance to children during activities and transitions.
- Foster social skills and positive group dynamics among children.
- Ensure safety and well-being of children during program hours.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate schedules and activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Suitable education (e.g., morning and afternoon activity instructor, practical nurse, social services degree, youth and leisure instructor).
