  • Growth and Profitability through target achievement and development of quality personnel. Promote company image.
  • 100% achievement of KPI for after-sales (parts and service)
  • Analyzes potential market and strategized market penetration.
  • Ensures that reports and forms required from Service Department are accurately accomplished and submitted.
  • Studies competition and benchmark outstanding operations policies/procedures.
  • Creates well-thought marketing plans and programs to increase productivity, revenues, and profit.
  • Determines success/failure of implemented marketing programs for future reference and to develop countermeasures.
  • Assist and guides subordinates to achieve KPIs.
  • Participates in performance evaluation of ALL Service and Parts personnel accurately and objectively.
  • Keeps oneself abreast with current technical bulletins/updates, new products, and announcements for the manufacturers.
