Job Responsibilities

1. Spare Parts Business Alignment
2. Coordinate with the aftersales central spare parts operation team to handle spare parts engineering work including spare parts preparation for new vehicle launches, change management, spare parts catalog and master data administration. Align resources between Proton and ASEAN subsidiaries to coordinate, elevate and synchronize work, and proactively resolve related risks.
3. Technical & Warranty Claim Business Coordination
4. Collaborate with central aftersales technical and warranty teams, coordinate resources of Proton and ASEAN regional subsidiaries to carry out alignment and escalation work, and facilitate closed‑loop resolution of technical and warranty claim issues.
5. Regional ASEAN Aftersales Business Overall Coordination
