Overview Ensure the CF development for PepsiCo independently in the geography under guidance of Senior Manager (Agro)
Support annual planning AOP for the respective territory operation in collaboration with other stakeholders Identify and develop the new farmers/area for the potato multiplication to cater the need of the business. Identify the new pockets that would complement / supplement existing plan and increase penetration of program and create opportunities to increase quality and quantity. Arrange for timely allocation / distribution of seed to farmers and arrange post planting supervision and POP adherence. Responsibilities Ensure identification of key suppliers - farmers / traders / FPCs/ cooperatives / association / groups / NGO and sustain relationship with them.
