Position General Responsibilities:

Development of new/existing banking relationships. Administration of loan portfolio, business development functions and guidance to Junior lenders. Represent the Bank in various community activities and organizations.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

+ 5-10 years Ag Lending experience or equivalent training and/or experience.

+ Experience in analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, budget monitoring and obtaining and monitoring government guarantees.
