What you’ll do:
The Ag Retail Manager is responsible for the leadership, sales growth, customer relationships, and overall performance of Prairie Co-op’s agriculture business in Melville & Ituna. This role provides leadership and the day-to-day direction of the Ag Team while ensuring financial, safety, customer sales & service (on farm/in store) and operational objectives are achieved.
Provide operational direction and oversight in the implementation of programs and policies for the Melville and Ituna Ag Teams and customer base.Oversee and execute sales strategies, which includes managing and growing current customer base through identifying and pursuing prospects and growth opportunities.
