**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Ag/Commercial LendingOfficer.

+ Candidatewill be responsible for developing andmanaging loanaccountswhichmeet established lending requirements and providemaximum profitability to the bank with a minimum of risk.
+ The emphasiswill be on agricultural loan accounts, butwill alsoinclude commercial loan accounts and consumerloan accounts.
+ A four-year business degree or equivalent experience isrecommended; plus 3 years of Ag Lending experience.
