CAREER OPPORTUNITY Santam Broker Solutions has an exciting position available for an Agency Maintenance Consultant who will be based in the Agency Maintenance (AMT) department. The position is based at Santam Head Office in Tygervalley. WHAT WILL YOU DO? This role is focused on but not limited to; servicing broker requests, including enquiries. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? Capture, maintain, and update intermediary contract information on relevant Santam systems, in line with authorised stakeholder requests, FAIS regulatory requirements, and internal Santam processes.
Manage and respond to general intermediary enquiries, including processing amendments accurately and within agreed timelines.
Monitor compliance with applicable legislation and internal requirements relating to intermediaries conducting business with Santam; identify, report, and support the resolution of compliance breaches and regulatory matters.
