Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Manage commercials for all onboarded network agents. 
Act as the primary point of contact for all network agents and lead a dedicated team. 
Drive shipment volumes and revenue growth through the existing agent network. 
Monitor service quality and KPI adherence. 
Proactively resolve operational escalations and service failures. 
Lead performance reviews, structured governance, and long-term relationship management with agents. 
 Qualifications  10 –15 years of experience in roles spanning Commercial, Procurement, and Operations. 
Proven strength in stakeholder and relationship management. 
An execution-focused mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities. 
A business-oriented / sales‑driven attitude with the ability to grow and optimize networks. 
Experience leading teams and working in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
