Perform the Stockroom function

Manage the Cargolux Aircraft Spare Parts Inventory in Luxembourg.  

• Place incoming and returned parts into stock
• Ensure that labelling and computer data is correctly updated, and that packaging and storage conditions are in accordance with policy
• Ensure timely, accurate data input
• Control shelf life of stored material
• Carry out stock transfers as required and performing physical inventory and cycle counts as scheduled by Department management
• Report to Material Planning parts not in stock (NIS) or at low stock level

Prepare and issue parts to internal and external Customers

• Pull and issue material from stock in accordance with lists supplied and on demand of the customer at the service area
• Be familiar with working in both Main Stockroom and P7 Stockroom
