- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews - Coach teams on Agile, Lean, and SAFe methodologies to improve delivery efficiency - Support cross-functional collaboration across software, hardware, and engineering teams - Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint delivery and team productivity - Track sprint goals, project milestones, and program increment progress - Assist in risk assessment, effort estimation, and project planning activities - Coordinate dependencies between multiple Agile teams and stakeholders - Promote continuous improvement practices across teams and processes - Mentor junior Scrum Masters and support Agile maturity within the organization - Ensure transparency in reporting, tracking, and Agile execution metrics
