Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Agile Lead
to drive delivery excellence, scaled agile execution, and continuous improvement across teams within APEX. This role blends strong backlog ownership, SAFe execution, AI‑augmented leadership, and adaptive coaching to enable high‑performing, resilient teams aligned to strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Own, manage, and refine team backlogs to ensure clarity, readiness, and value-driven prioritization Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate business objectives into actionable, well-defined work items Proactively identify, track, and escalate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers to relevant stakeholders Ensure predictable delivery through effective sprint planning, execution, and flow management Support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Actively participate in and facilitate scaled ceremonies such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt...
