Our client in Pretoria is recruiting for Agile Master (Advanced) to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

Tracking and communicating commitments, dependencies, and risks. Tracking metrics to measure team performance and ensuring that continuous improvement is enabled. Championing delivery success throughout the team and the early delivery of incremental benefits. Active participation and coordination in agile ceremonies. Establishing the status of current tasks being worked on. Implementing Scrum and its events according to the Scrum Guide. Coaching feature teams on Scrum principles and values. Assisting with impediment resolution. Fostering and increasing team morale. Protecting the team from interruptions and disruptions.

Qualifications/Experience: Degree or Diploma in IT, business, or similar. Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Scrum/Agile Master in multiple feature teams. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the IT/Software Dev Ops industry. ...
