Work location for this role will be 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. This role is part of Fidelity’s dynamic hybrid working arrangement.
The Agile Process Specialist facilitates cross‑functional Agile pods across Product Management, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and Software Development to ensure clear requirements, predictable delivery, and smooth releases. The role supports effective collaboration, surfaces risks early, maintains alignment across teams, and promotes pragmatic Agile and Lean practices tailored to context rather than rigid frameworks. The specialist coaches pods and Product Owners, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and is accountable for continuously improving pod effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
