Notes from call with the customer: The Data & Analytics organization has significantly expanded its application portfolio over the last two quarters, introducing modern technologies such as Databricks, Power BI, and new data integration processes. The team is now managing 40-60 project artifacts per quarter, each with its own set of tasks, dependencies, stakeholders, and downstream impacts. Currently, the organization lacks sufficient visibility into: Cross-functional dependencies Upstream and downstream impacts Resource utilization and capacity planning Delivery risks and timelines Overall Azure DevOps governance and reporting As a result, Reynolds American is seeking a highly organized Agile/Azure DevOps professional to improve project governance, dependency management, and delivery execution across the Data & Analytics portfolio.
