Opportunity to join a leading global Engineering Consultant as an Agricultural Land Liaison Officer to assist with the development and proposed site works on a Bypass project in Limerick. As Land liaison officer you will play a key role, liaising on a day to day basis with the landowners and stakeholders along the proposed bypass of Adare. You will be responsible for the management of landowner relationships during planning and construction phase of projects, securing land access for surveys, understanding the nuances of the land including soil types and drainage requirements, spend a significant amount of time on site speaking with landowners, understanding their concerns and communicating this information back to the project team to assist in the construction/design/planning requirements.
