PURPOSE OF ROLE

Lead the Experimental Stations team in Brazil, maximizing the value of the UPL portfolio, both new and current. This role is primarily responsible for proposing and implementing the EPDA R&D Plan in Brazil with global and regional strategies and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Training in Agricultural Engineering or similar
• Fluent in English and desirable Spanish
• Deep technical knowledge of strategic cultures and markets
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in entomology, plant pathology, herbology
• Recognized resource management skills
• Knowledge of experimental techniques
• Good market knowledge and project management (customer oriented)
