Starting Salary: $67,100 based on a 35-hour work week and commensurate with individual education and experience, as it relates to the position.

Reporting to the Head of Sustainable Agriculture Partnerships, the Agriculture & Food Sustainability Specialist supports engagement with the agriculture and food sector by managing a portfolio of corporate partners and advancing sustainability and conservation initiatives. The role drives revenue growth, partnership development, and delivery of nature‑based solutions that align industry sustainability priorities with DUC’s mission.
