About the role

You will sit at the centre of NTF‘s AI adoption — identifying use cases, running pilots, training teams, and embedding AI into how we work every day. The role spans shop floor, engineering, supply chain, quality and back-office functions. Expect a mix of project execution, hands-on problem solving, and training delivery across plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, scope and roll out AI and Industry 4.0 use cases across NTF‘s 12 plants — vision-based quality inspection, GenAI engineering co-pilots for DFMEA/APQP/PPAP, AI-led inventory and logistics, EHS safety vision systems, supplier risk sensing, and component design optimization

• Run pilots, measure impact, and scale what works across the plant network

• Train NTF teams — from shop floor operators to senior management — on AI productivity tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gamma, Perplexity
