We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Director, Data and Analytics.

• Lead the technical design and build of IT systems, adding AI features aligned to business value.
• Set the technical standards and best practices for engineering teams.
• Guide and mentor other engineers, helping to build a strong technical culture.
• Solve complex technical problems that affect multiple systems.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure technology choices support business goals.
• Review system designs to ensure they are secure, reliable, and scale.
• Research and introduce new capabilities that improve our services and efficiency.
• Ensure all technical work and AI tools follow Group Chief Information Office standards and banking regulations.
