We’re building a best‑in‑class recruiting engine. The AI & Automation Specialist will automate the candidate journey, leverage AI to remove shadow work, and make recruiting faster, smarter, and more consistent.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations & Insights, you will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader People function to identify manual work that should not be manual and eliminate it with scalable, easy‑to‑maintain solutions.

What You'll Do

AI & Automations

• Own the design and build of applications, automations, and integrations across the recruiting stack
• Map candidate journey touchpoints to identify friction and manual effort
• Build solutions such as Zapier or Make flows, Python scripts, webhooks, API integrations, and lightweight internal tools
