Job Summary

Owns the strategy and delivery of AI and automation that supports the craft professional lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, deployment, productivity, performance, and retention. Partners with Construction, Workforce Services, Digital Delivery, and IT to improve productivity, data quality, safety, and the field workforce experience. 

Drives smarter demand planning and real-time decision support by modernizing craft professional workforce systems aligned to enterprise craft professional and EPC transformation priorities. #LI-TH1
