Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Identify inefficiencies across business functions and translate them into automation and AI solutions 
Design, build, and maintain backend automations and AI‑powered systems that integrate with our existing tools and platforms 
Own the full build cycle — scoping, prototyping, deployment, and maintenance 
Evaluate and implement AI tools, APIs, and platforms relevant to our needs across both brands 
Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, keeping timelines and priorities clear 
Build internal documentation so the team can confidently use and maintain what you build 
Stay on top of emerging AI infrastructure and bring a clear point of view on what we should adopt and when 
 Qualifications  3+ years of hands‑on experience building automation systems and AI‑powered workflows
