Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and moderate text, image, audio, or video content according to project guidelines.
• Identify and flag content that violates policy or quality standards.
• Classify and label data accurately for AI/ML model training.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy while processing large volumes of data.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to the quality or policy team.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
