Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design and build AI agents, Generative AI solutions, and intelligent automation systems that support advanced manufacturing and complex technical processes.

This role involves working closely with PhD-level domain experts and technical specialists to understand scientific and industrial challenges, map complex workflows, and transform domain knowledge into scalable AI-driven solutions using the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and Azure AI services, along with the ability to bridge the gap between technical domain expertise and AI engineering.
