We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented AI & Digital Safety, Regulatory & Compliance Analyst to join our Safety, Regulatory, & Compliance team within Mattel’s Quality organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role at the intersection of children’s safety, artificial intelligence regulation, and digital product development. In this role, you will assist with navigating the evolving AI regulatory landscape, protecting children in digital play experiences, and helping ensure AI-enabled toys meet applicable legal, safety, and ethical standards.
