Tabby in the UAE is seeking a Process Analyst to optimize and standardize operational workflows that power customer and partner support across the UAE, KSA, and Kuwait. You will work at the intersection of process design and AI tooling to shape automations and AI-assisted systems.

Collaborating with CX, Product, and our LLM Agent team, you will identify pain points, design effective workflows, and ensure seamless customer experiences while scaling with modern AI.
