About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help design and build intelligent digital tools that improve outcomes for customers and internal teams.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across the full development lifecycle, from shaping ideas and building prototypes through to deploying production‑ready solutions. You’ll play a key role in applying AI and modern software engineering practices to real‑world service challenges.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, working closely with product, user experience and operational colleagues to deliver impactful, user‑focused solutions.
