Responsibilities - Analyse large datasets and build advanced ML models (predictive, time‑series, deep learning).
- Develop and deploy GenAI applications , including LLM fine‑tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt‑engineering.
- Build agentic AI workflows that automate tasks, make decisions, and interact with tools/APIs.
- Design end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines with engineering teams (data ingestion, model serving, monitoring).
- Integrate AI systems into production platforms with high reliability and performance.
- Partner with aviation, product, and engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact.
- Communicate insights clearly and guide stakeholders on data‑driven decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in ML/AI development.
