About the role

We’re looking for someone who can drive this from both ends—hands‑on implementation and cross‑functional leadership—ensuring our AI initiatives deliver real business value while meeting the regulatory and organizational requirements of the banking sector.

What You’ll Work On

• Identify and evaluate AI use cases across products and internal processes
• Support teams through the full journey from prototype to production—including architecture, model selection, prompt design, and integration patterns
• Develop and integrate AI solutions directly into existing products and workflows
• Continuously optimize deployed AI solutions for performance, cost, reliability, and quality
