Qualifications

• 5–8 years of total technical experience, with at least 1–2 recent years successfully leading production‑grade GenAI projects (moving beyond PoCs and notebooks) and backed by a solid quantitative STEM background.
• Proven expertise designing and deploying production‑ready RAG systems and Agentic AI architectures, with deep mastery of multi‑step workflows, orchestration, tool calling, and memory management using Python and the modern stack (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, DSPy).
