Job Description

The AI Native Agile Coach is responsible for driving Agile transformation across medical device software development teams, ensuring that Agile principles, practices, and ways of working are effectively adopted in regulated environments.

The role focuses on enabling cross-functional teams to improve delivery efficiency, product quality, and compliance by embedding Agile methodologies aligned with IEC 62304, design controls, and quality management requirements. Acting as a transformation leader and facilitator, the Agile Coach partners with software development, system engineering, quality, regulatory, and project teams to establish sustainable Agile practices and continuous improvement culture.
