AI Operations Specialist

Lisbon, PortugalOLX Group – Engineering /Full-time /HybridThe AI Operations Specialist is a hands-on role focused on building and deploying AI workflows and autonomous agents directly into the Salesforce ecosystem (but not only). Your primary goal is to boost efficiency across Customer Support and Sales by automating manual processes and creating scalable data pipelines.
Acting as a cross-functional bridge, you will:
- Integrate AI logic into Salesforce to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to manage data lifecycles and surface actionable insights.
- Maintain the Salesforce infrastructure as the central hub for all AI-driven business logic and interactions.
