Job Overview:

This is not a general video editing role. We are looking for editors who specialize in one thing: making ads that perform.

The right person has a deep, working understanding of what keeps a viewer watching and what loses them. You know that every editing decision — the hook, the cut, the caption placement, the re-hook at the 8-second mark — either earns the viewer's attention or costs it. You have built a large library of winning ads to prove it, and you use AI tools as a core part of how you work, not as an add-on.
