Lunar Rails in Dubai seeks an AI-native Customer Success & Onboarding Lead to redesign and own the client journey across fintech platforms. You will build SOPs, KPI dashboards, and scalable automations, driving faster time-to-trade and higher CSAT while shaping the future of client experience.

You’ll report to the Director of Operations and work across CRM, KYC, and integrations to deliver frictionless onboarding and ongoing value in a fast-paced, global environment.
