We're looking for an AI Product Analyst to help us improve Donna by turning customer conversations and product data into actionable insights.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success, identifying recurring patterns, improving our AI workflows, and helping shape the future of our product. Rather than responding to support tickets, you'll focus on understanding why users struggle and how we can solve those problems at scale.
